Key Responsibilities:

1.Professional Driving and Passenger Services

• Provide safe, reliable, and punctual driving services as assigned.
• Transporting management, staff, and official guests to meetings, events, airports, and other locations.
• Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and luggage when required,
• Exhibit exceptional courtesy, politeness, and tact when dealing with all passengers.

2.Vehicle Care and Maintenance

• Conduct daily inspections of the assigned vehicle(s) (e.g., sedan, MPV, or van) to ensure they are clean, fuelled, and in perfect working/safe condition.
• Keep basic records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and servicing.
• Report accidents/ damages, or mechanical issues promptly according to procedures.
• Immediately report any accidents, mechanical issues, or damage to the relevant manager and the appropriate authorities (e.g., police) as per company procedure.

3. Administrative and Compliance Duties

• Maintain a meticulous logbook for all trips, including date, time, mileage, destination, and purpose (where applicable).
• Be solely responsible for the settlement of all traffic fines, summonses, or parking offences incurred during duty.
• Ensure all necessary vehicle documents (e.g., road tax, insurance cover note, driver's license) are valid, updated, and present in the vehicle at all times (where applicable).
• Prepare and submit regular reports on vehicle condition, trip summaries, and incident reports when requested from time to time.

Requirements

• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence.
• Minimum 2—3 years of driving experience, preferably in a corporate or institutional environment.
• Good knowledge of Klang Valley routes and ability to use navigation apps (e.g. Waze, Google Maps).
• Physically fit, alert, and able to work flexible hours when required.
• Demonstrates a professional, courteous, and responsible attitude. No serious traffic offences or poor driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
