Job Description

• Safely drive personnel or delivery item on behalf of the company.
• Be available for ad-hoc or unscheduled trips as per the company's needs.
• Maintain the company’s vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring it is clean, well-fueled, and mechanically sound at all times.
• Perform routine inspections (oil, brakes, tires, etc.) and arrange for any necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Be flexible to adapt to last-minute changes, early morning or late-night schedules, and high-priority requests.
• Ensure availability for travel to varying locations, including airports, hotels, corporate offices, and personal residences.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the personnel whereabouts and meetings, at all times.
• Maintain composure and professionalism during emergencies, whether it involves traffic issues, vehicle breakdowns, or sudden changes in travel plans.
• Have a proactive approach to finding quick, safe solutions in high-pressure situations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a personal driver, executive chauffeur, or similar role, with a demonstrated ability to work with high-level executives.
• Defensive driving or chauffeur certification preferred.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional in all interactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a calm, courteous, and respectful demeanor at all times.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with assistants, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in GPS systems, navigation apps, and route planning.
• Familiarity with car maintenance basics and emergency handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
