Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Fleet technical management: to monitor the technical and maintenance operation of the fleet. Provide technical support to yacht crew on the overall planned maintenance system.

• Communications: to maintain communication channels with yacht crew and vendors

• Troubleshooting: to arrange and supervise technicians on repairs.

• Compliance & Safety: Maintaining compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety policies.

• Parts & Supplies: to source various parts and maintain inventory checklist

• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare monthly reports and maintenance operational budget.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualifications: Preferred bachelor’s degree holder in marine or aviation engineering, or vocational training in related field or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience: Proven experience in a technical role, often with prior leadership or supervisory responsibility.

• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of specific industry tools, systems, and software.

• Leadership Skills: Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
