• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office software and applications.
• Assist in managing data backups, system recovery, and data storage.
• Provide support to staff for daily technical issues, including email, office applications, and project-related tools.
• Assist in preparing user guides, technical manuals, and basic IT training.
• Support the implementation of new systems or application upgrades for office and project sites.
• Support the maintenance of software, and license inventory records.
• Assist in preparing IT procedure documentation, SOPs, and administrative reports.
• Support compliance with IT security standards and company policies.
• Assist in preparing, collecting, and organizing tender documents.
• Assist with system migrations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior as required.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
