Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Manage documentation and filing, record and data entry key in.
2. Prepare and issue Sales Order, Delivery Order, Invoice and related documentation.
3. Assist in the coordination of delivery.
4. To handle general administrative duties and to assist maintaining proper filling system, documentation and records.
5. Pick up phone call (e.g. Customer/Salesman phone ordering, customer enquiry etc.)
6. Liaise for daily order and customer feed back.
7. To complete daily order fulfilment in terms of order arrangement, picking and packing.
8. Administrative works supporting operational stuff.
9. Assist any ad hoc task instructed by company/management.
Job Requirements:
*Candidate must possess at least SPM / "O" Level or equivalent.
* Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the related industry Vegetables & Fruits Supply (Fresh graduate and non experience may apply, we will guide)
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (will be an added advantage) *
Can start work immediately. * Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Application. * Preferably with experience in administrative work.
* Familiar in SQL system will be an added advantage.
* Good team player and possess good working attitude, sense of responsibility.
Able to work 6days in a week.
Weekend off (Saturday/Sunday)
Able to work in Batu Caves area.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
