• Assist in reviewing and understanding process drawings, P&IDs, flow diagrams, and technical documents.
• Support the preparation of technical documents such as Method Statements, process specifications, and technical reports.
• Assist in the selection of materials, equipment, and process instruments for projects.
• Attend technical meetings and assist in coordination between site teams, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide basic technical support to the project team, including suggestions for process problem-solving.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress for process-related activities.
• Support the preparation of project progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Assist in coordination between contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for process project activities.
• Support project documentation management, including contract files, claims, site records, and related reports.
• Ensure projects are executed according to the schedule, cost, quality, and defined scope.
• Assist in quality inspection of materials, equipment, and processes at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with technical specifications, safety standards, and industry standards.
• Support the preparation of inspection reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and other QA/QC documents.
• Identify non-compliance issues and report them to the supervisor or responsible engineer.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior as required.
• Assist in preparing, collecting, and organizing tender documents.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
