Placement at Kuala Terengganu and Kuala Lumpur/Selangor
- Assist in measuring the quantity of construction materials such as concrete, steel, pipes, and M&E materials according to drawings and specifications.
- Support the preparation of the bill of quantities (BOQ) and material take-off (MTO).
- Ensure that the quantity of materials used on site follows the plan and minimizes waste.
- Support the review of materials with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assist in monitoring site material, equipment, and inventory stock.
- Support the preparation of daily or weekly material usage reports.
- Assist in identifying additional material requirements and report to the supervisor or project engineer.
- Support the preparation of material quantity reports, inventory records, and project documentation.
- Assist in material audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Support the project team in coordinating material information between the office, site, and contractors.
- Assist in ensuring that tender and contract requirements are complied with.
- Support the tender evaluation process, price comparison, and supplier proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents.
- Perform other tasks assigned by superiors as required.

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
