We are looking for "Makan Mesra" Crew a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Baking pastry and serve product and other food according to company standards
• Assist to stick a label IKS product
• Maintain cleanliness of the Makan Mesra station and equipment
• Ensure proper stock levels and inform supervisor when supplies are low
• Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling procedures
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Upsell promotional items or new products
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support the supervisor or store manager in daily store operation
• Assist in receiving and organizing stock deliveries
• Check product quality and ensure no expired or damaged items are displayed
• Operate the cashier counter and handle cash, card and e-wallet transactions accurately

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Service is an advantage (training provided for fresh candidates)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Positive attitude, responsible, and team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
