• Prepare pastry/dessert to GMP batch recipes and production schedules.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and approved formulas exactly; accurately scale and document batches.
• Operate and monitor production equipment & machinery per SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Perform every product flow to meet specification and production targets.
• Complete and maintain accurate production records, batch sheets, checklists, temperature logs and deviation reports.
• Adhere to GMPs: proper hygiene, PPE use, hair/nail controls, no jewelry, and restricted personal items.
• Control allergens, follow segregation and labeling procedures, and maintain traceability of ingredients and finished goods.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas according to cleaning schedules; participate in line changeovers and CIP where applicable.
• Monitor in-process quality (weight, dimensions, appearance, texture) and report nonconforming product to QA.
• Assist QA and QA audits by providing records, supporting investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for ingredients and packaging; report shortages or quality issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement, lean initiatives, and cross-training as directed.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
