Responsibilities
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities – Banks, Merchants, Telcos, Utilities, Government.
2. Develop and implement strategies for business development and lead generation.
3. Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
5. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
6. Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and keep status progress updated.
7. Collaborate with marketing, product, operation and technical teams to align strategies and improve offerings.
8. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
9. Provide regular reports on progress, forecasts, and KPIs to management.
10. Required to regularly go out to look for new potential clients.
11. Maintain good relationship with existing clients.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Have charming personalities and well dressed.
5. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
6. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
7. Proficiency in MS Office.
8. Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
9. Must have own transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
