This role covers full-set accounts for two distinct entities: HNL Products (M) Sdn Bhd (manufacturing and trading) and HNL Marketing (e-commerce). You'll work with real-world complexity — multi-entity reconciliations, SST filings, statutory liaisons — and you'll do it consistently, month after month, with quiet precision.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage full sets of accounts for two entities — HNL Products (manufacturing & trading) and HNL Marketing (e-commerce)
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, general ledger entries, and accounts schedules
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and debtor/creditor ageing reports on a regular cycle
• Handle all SST-related matters, including preparation and submission of SST return forms
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and government authorities as needed
• Continuously improve internal controls, financial processes, and system workflows
• Assist with any ad-hoc finance or management reporting tasks as directed

Must-haves:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, or a recognised professional accounting certificate
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on full-set accounts experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word — you use shortcuts, you build clean templates
• Detail-oriented to a fault — you notice when something's off before anyone else does
• Patient with repetitive monthly cycles — you find rhythm in routine, not frustration
• Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently with minimal hand-holding
• Good communication skills for liaison with external parties

Good to have

• Experience in manufacturing, trading, or FMCG environments
• Familiarity with e-commerce accounting (platform fees, digital payouts, marketplace reconciliation)
• Experience with accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, or Xero
• Knowledge of multi-entity or inter-company accounts
