Key Responsibilities

• To drive Director/Director’s family members to and from office, residence, or other destinations as requested.
• To perform dispatch duties including delivery and collection of documents, banking matters, visits to authority offices, stamping offices, and other locations as required.
• To ensure assigned vehicles are kept clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition at all times.
• To adhere strictly to all road safety regulations and traffic rules.
• To plan routes efficiently and ensure punctuality for all assignments.
• To monitor vehicle servicing schedules and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
• To assist in loading/unloading items and handling documents when necessary.
• To carry out any other duties or ad-hoc assignments as instructed by Management or immediate superior from time to time.
• Occasionally required to travel outstation when necessary.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driving license and GDL license with a clean driving record.
• Familiar with local roads, highways, and surrounding areas.
• Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and well-disciplined.
• Able to work flexible hours, including overtime when required.
• Good attitude and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Physically fit and in good health.
• Previous experience as a personal driver/despatch driver will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
