Responsibilites:

You are the face of the outlet and the driver of daily operations, ensuring smooth service, strong teamwork, and a great guest experience.

• Welcome and guide guests with confidence
• Handle feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Support and lead the service team during operations
• Ensure team is alert, prepared, and service-ready
• Coordinate smoothly between service and kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and SOP standards
• Assist with scheduling and daily operations
• Monitor service flow, speed, and consistency

Skills:

• Experience in restaurant service / floor leadership
• Energetic, friendly, and confident when interacting with guests
• Quick, alert, and able to handle fast-paced service
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
• Team player with good communication skills
