Primary Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in Silverlake Core Banking development, especially on AS400 platform using RPG/COBOL
• Strong understanding of CIF structures, account modules (Loan, Deposit, SDB, Collateral), and data dependencies within SIBS
• Familiarity with data retention regulations (e.g., PDPA) and internal banking compliance standards
• Experience with DevOps tools like ALDON for deployment and version control
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams including IT, Compliance, and Data Governance.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute data cleansing and purging routines for CIF and account-level data in the Silverlake Integrated Banking System (SIBS), in compliance with PDPA and internal retention policies
• Implement parameterized purge logic (e.g., 7 years for non-mortgage, 12 years for mortgage data) using existing SIBS parameters

Develop modules to:

• Generate purge-eligible listings.
• Accept business-validated input files.
• Execute deletion routines and produce audit logs.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, IT, and Business Units to validate data sets and ensure alignment with compliance and operational requirements
• Support archival processes and ensure backup integrity before purging.

Document technical specifications, test cases, and deployment procedures

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
