Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the performance of all IT infrastructure-related systems including servers, storage, network, security, and backups.
- Maintain and ensure all IT-related activities follow standard operating procedures, guidelines, and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
- Responsible for daily end-user support (PCs, printers, software) to ensure smooth daily operations, including CCTV, antivirus, email, and networking.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for software systems across multiple outlets in the JB area.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software issues in a timely manner to ensure systems are in good condition.
- Work closely with ERP system suppliers to track, identify, and resolve ERP system functionality problems and faults.
- Manage and maintain all IT equipment and assets throughout the company.
- Propose and source new techniques or solutions to improve IT support and system efficiency.
- Liaise with vendors or internal teams to resolve technical problems and perform system setup or maintenance.
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Work Experience:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support / software support role
- Experience supporting retail systems or POS environment is preferred
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting, networking, and system support
- Familiar with POS systems, Windows OS, and common business applications
- Good problem-solvinssg skills with a hands-on approach
- Willing to travel frequently within JB area for on-site support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
