Responsibility

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirement

• Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the Sales industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable deals
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding sales targets
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries and concerns
• Willing to relocate or travel to Negeri Sembilan & Melaka
• Experienced in FMCG/F&B or Frozen food is a plus.
• Preferred Mandarin speaker.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
