Our client is a global leader in fund services and technology who is a powerhouse in the alternative investment space, providing end-to-end infrastructure for hedge funds, private equity, and institutional asset managers. As they continue to expand their footprint in the APAC region, we are seeking a high-caliber Relationship Manager to join their Hong Kong team.
Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:
Strategic Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring service levels consistently exceed expectations.
C-Suite Advisory: Build and manage relationships directly with client CFOs, COOs, and senior stakeholders.
Performance Monitoring: Organize and chair formal service reviews, using MIS data to drive process enhancements and strategic change.
Business Growth: Identify cross-selling opportunities and partner with the sales team to expand the firm’s footprint within your portfolio.
Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends (Hedge Funds, PE, OTC Derivatives) to advise clients on potential impacts to their business.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
At least 12 years within Financial Services - Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Private Funds.
A strong grasp of fund structures (Hedge, PE, Real Assets) and operational areas (Fund Accounting, Risk, or OTC Derivatives).
High comfort level in preparing and delivering presentations to senior leadership.
