Job Description

Responsibilities

JOB DECRIPTION

  • Receive and respond to customer complaints through various channels (phone, email, social media, feedback forms).
  • Log and categorize all complaints accurately into the company’s complaint management system.
  • Coordinate with relevant outlets and departments to investigate the issues raised by customers.
  • Provide timely and professional feedback to customers with empathy, clarity, and courtesy.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure they are resolved satisfactorily and customers are updated accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on complaint trends, issue types, and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of SOPs for customer complaint handling, including response templates and escalation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the others department team to enhance service quality and customer experience.
  • Ensure all customer communications are properly documented for internal review and performance tracking.
  • Attend internal training sessions to improve communication, conflict resolution, and product knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
