We’re Hiring! Customer Service Assistant
Location: Petaling Jaya (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information regarding services and bookings
- Support coordination with internal teams (operations, drivers, partners) to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist in addressing customer concerns in a professional manner
- Monitor ongoing bookings and provide updates when required
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service matters
- Support after-office hours enquiries when required
Job Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
- Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with guidance and as part of a team
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and night shifts when required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and communication skills (WhatsApp, email, etc.)
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Petaling Jaya
