Responsibilities

We’re Hiring! Customer Service Assistant

Location: Petaling Jaya (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other communication channels
  • Provide accurate information regarding services and bookings
  • Support coordination with internal teams (operations, drivers, partners) to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Assist in addressing customer concerns in a professional manner
  • Monitor ongoing bookings and provide updates when required
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service matters
  • Support after-office hours enquiries when required

Job Requirements

  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with guidance and as part of a team
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and night shifts when required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and communication skills (WhatsApp, email, etc.)

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Petaling Jaya
