Job Description

Responsibilities

My client, a leading insurance firm, is seeking an Operational Transformation / Excellence Lead.

He/she will help design and continuously refine the organization’s operations transformation strategy and roadmap, aligned to business growth priorities—translating business challenges into well-scoped initiatives with clear success metrics and robust business cases.

The role also involves leading end-to-end execution across multiple functions, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and evolve the operations transformation agenda, ensuring it directly supports key business growth objectives.
  • Own delivery of priority initiatives from discovery through go-live, coordinating work across requirements, solution design, UAT, and implementation.
  • Act as the Life Operations AI lead to evaluate opportunities, set priorities, and implement AI initiatives that deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to launch and expand AI-enabled capabilities, including process automation, advanced analytics, and decision support.

Requirements

  • Cantonese is Mandatory
  • Strong experience in operations transformation, process optimization, and digital enablement within the life insurance domain.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through delivery.
  • Solid knowledge of AI technologies—including automation, analytics, and GenAI—and how to apply them to drive measurable business outcomes.
