Salary: RM 2,800.00 – RM 3,500.00 per month
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our daily operations, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks. This role requires someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling both accounting and office coordination duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform bookkeeping and general accounting tasks
- Maintain daily financial records and data entry
- Record transaction details (amounts, types, dates)
- Manage invoicing and payments
- Record purchases, receipts, and track expenses
- Verify claims, process orders, and handle deposit slips
- Identify and record all deposits
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
- Provide clerical and administrative support, including handling enquiries
- Prepare quotations and invoices accurately and on time
- Perform documentation, filing, and record keeping (physical & digital)
- Scan, organize, and store documents systematically
- Update sales information and reports regularly
- Liaise with staff, customers, and suppliers for smooth operations
Requirements
- Age: 20–30 years old
- Proficient in bookkeeping and accounting terminology
- Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
