Vipicks Resources Hiring! Full Time IT Business Analyst in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 6,000 - Ricebowl

Job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to conduct requirement-gathering sessions, ensuring a clear understanding of their business needs before proposing solutions.
• Develop comprehensive functional and integration specifical on documents that outline business requirements and proposed solutions, guiding clients through the review and approval process.
• Present finalized requirements to internal teams and provide ongoing support during development and internal QA phases.
• Own and prepare user documentation, including user guides, and deliver training sessions as needed.
• Provide support to clients during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase, addressing and resolving feedback or issues raised by the client.
• Manage system configurations, including product setup, output templates, and questionnaire templates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring efficient support for production BAU (business-as-usual) activiries.
• Contribute to additional business activities, such as pre-sales activities, market research, and other strategic events.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT-related disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and effectively communicate business informa on to internal and external project stakeholders.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Flexibility to accommodate global short-term travel as required by clients.
• Exceptional communication skills in Mandarin for internal coordination and collaboration.
• Excellent logical reasoning and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ambitious, with a drive for excellence, openness to innovation, and strong leadership and influence skills.
• Resilient under pressure, with the ability to manage challenges effectively.
• Experience with prototype design tools, including Mockplus or Axure, is an advantage

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• business analyst: 1 year (Preferred)
• insurance/banking domain: 1 year (Preferred)
