1. Sales & Tender Executives
We are looking for Sales & Tender Executives to work with our team of Pre-Sales to taking care of tender selection to participate, attending tender briefing, searching for principals and solutions until the tender documentation been submitted.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients in line with product and services set.
• Search and identify tenders in relevant market.
• Respond to all relevant tenders within set time frame.
• Effectively coordinate team participation to address tender requirements.
• Effectively engage with authorized partners and vendors for support across the tender process.
• Ad-hoc duties as required to assist the Sales & Marketing (BSG) team.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma or Degree or equivalent related qualification.
• Minimum 1 – 2 years relevant experience in a similar role in tendering and pre-sales.
• Pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
• Meticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptly.
• Possess good knowledge in tender documentation preparation.
• Proficient in Ms Office Suite applications (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Project & Visio) is a must and knowledge in using other document editing software is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of ICT/Engineering/Commissioning documents.
