  • Making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads

  • Develop new and maintain a set of the customer accounts

  • Identify sales opportunities through cold calling

  • Upsell company IT products and services to customers

  • Work closely among the team to achieve sales objectives

  • Monitoring on payment aging and ensure customer payment on time

  • Perform order entry and related activities

  • Perform weekly forecasting on commit & judge, with pipe opportunity to support

Skill Requirements



  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Business IT, Sales, Marketing or related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed

  • At least 1 Year Experience in IT Sales Background is preferable

  • Language Required: English, Mandarin, & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Goal oriented, innovative and self-motivated

  • Good understanding of computer technology

  • Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
