Familiar with Production Quality Engineer Job Scope

1) Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification to reduce the waste (Material loss).

2) Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output to improve productivity by provide process documentation and operating instructions, educate member, and manage cost and time constraints

3) Liaising with other to develop plans that improve production, cost and labour required.

4) To start creating PFMEA for process improvement

5) Lead and liaise with all the related team for analysis abnormal quality issue, find root cause and control process CP / CPK for stable process and advice solution on process or design by 5 Why / Corrective Action.

6) Responsible to ensure all machine areas are clean and safety, identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.

7) She/he perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor as and when required (ad-hock tasks).

8) She/he responsible ensure and his subordinate to achieve KPI by cooperative to action has been set yearly

9) Arrange / allocate his subordinate task to be done

10) Responsible upgrade He/she and he/she subordinate skills and knowledge.

11) Ensure daily active are comply company safety, related Policy, and Procedure.

12) Verify and ensure all documents data are update before submitting to Manager.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
