Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Production Team Leader to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets, quality standards, and cost efficiency are achieved. This role will lead a team on the production floor, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Monitor and analyze production data (e.g., output, working hours, material loss) to drive improvements.
• Track production progress and ensure timely completion of schedules.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve yield, and minimize defects.
• Coordinate with warehouse, QA, and logistics teams to ensure seamless production flow.
• Maintain accurate production records, including inventory movements and shipment data.
• Supervise team performance, support evaluations, and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal operational procedures.
• Support management in continuous improvement and other operational initiatives.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Diploma or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Mandarin proficiency is required.
