Job Summary
The Marketing & Communication Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing, communication, branding, promotional, and public relations activities to support the company’s business objectives. This position also assists in managing digital platforms, marketing materials, events, campaigns, enquiries, and internal/external communication to ensure consistent brand image and effective audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Planning & Execution
- Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Support the development of marketing plans to increase brand awareness, leads, enrolment, sales, or customer engagement.
- Coordinate marketing activities with internal departments and external parties.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports for management review.
- Conduct market research on competitors, target audiences, trends, and industry updates.
2. Digital Marketing
- Manage and update company social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Assist in creating content for digital campaigns, advertisements, and online promotions.
- Monitor online enquiries and ensure timely follow-up with the relevant department.
- Support paid advertising campaigns when required, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, or other platforms.
- Track digital performance such as reach, engagement, leads, clicks, and conversions.
3. Content Creation & Communication
- Prepare marketing content, captions, announcements, posters, brochures, newsletters, and promotional copy.
- Ensure all communication materials are clear, professional, accurate, and aligned with the company’s branding.
- Assist in writing press releases, official statements, articles, website content, and internal announcements.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, or internal teams for creative materials.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
4. Branding & Public Relations
- Support brand-building initiatives and ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials.
- Assist in managing public relations activities, media communication, and corporate communication matters.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, partners, schools, clients, vendors, and the public.
- Represent the company professionally during events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
5. Event & Campaign Coordination
- Assist in organizing marketing events, roadshows, exhibitions, open days, school visits, career fairs, and promotional campaigns.
- Prepare event materials such as banners, flyers, registration forms, presentation slides, and merchandise.
- Coordinate logistics, manpower, schedules, and post-event reporting.
- Support live hosting, photography, videography, and social media coverage during events.
6. Website & Online Platform Support
- Assist in updating website content, news, announcements, programme information, and marketing materials.
- Monitor website enquiries and forward them to the relevant department for action.
- Coordinate with IT or website vendors for website updates, corrections, or technical issues.
- Ensure online information is accurate, updated, and aligned with approved marketing content.
7. Lead Management & Reporting
- Record, monitor, and update marketing leads or enquiries.
- Follow up with prospects when required or coordinate with the relevant sales/admission team.
- Prepare weekly or monthly marketing reports for management.
- Report campaign results, enquiry status, event outcomes, and marketing activities.
- Maintain proper records of marketing databases, contacts, and campaign performance.
8. Internal & External Communication
- Assist in preparing official communication materials for internal and external use.
- Coordinate communication between departments for marketing-related matters.
- Ensure announcements, promotional messages, and public content are properly reviewed before release.
- Support management in communication tasks when required.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
