Job Scope – Merchandise / Boutique Assistant (Superbike Showroom)
1. Retail Sales & Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise (apparel, helmets, accessories)
- Provide product knowledge (sizes, features, brands, usage)
- Handle fitting assistance and recommend suitable items
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
2. Product Handling & Merchandising
- Arrange and display merchandise neatly according to brand guidelines
- Ensure boutique area is clean, organized, and visually attractive
- Replenish stock and ensure all items are properly tagged with pricing
- Assist in visual merchandising and promotional setups
3. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock items
- Assist in stock receiving, checking, and tagging
- Conduct periodic stock counts / stock take
- Ensure proper storage and handling of merchandise
4. Cashiering & Transactions
- Handle sales transactions (cash, card, e-wallet)
- Issue receipts and ensure accurate billing
- Assist in daily sales closing and reporting
5. Sales Promotion & Upselling
- Promote ongoing promotions, bundles, and new arrivals
- Upsell related items (e.g. helmet + gloves + riding jacket)
- Support showroom campaigns and events
6. Customer Relationship
- Build good rapport with customers
- Handle inquiries (walk-in, phone, WhatsApp, social media)
- Assist in resolving customer concerns professionally
7. Showroom Support
- Support overall showroom operations when needed
- Coordinate with sales advisors for cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain professional appearance and brand image
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
