Responsibilities
Company Overview
Our client is an established total logistics solution service provider based in Klang. It offers professional logistical solution designed to meet the various needs of importers and exporters. It prides itself with the services it provides its customers with the full backup of solid customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
· Travel to client sites in Klang Valley, Tanjung Malim, and Melaka for stock taking.
· Conduct physical inventory and cycle counts for automotive parts.
· Prepare and submit stock reports
· Report directly to Superior from China on site performance and inventory status.
· Reconcile physical stock against records and investigate discrepancies.
· Monitor goods movement and ensure accurate logistics documentation.
· Coordinate with site personnel for smooth stock control operations.
· Perform ad-hoc duties and special assignments as requested by the superior.
Requirements:
· Minimum SPM or equivalent.
· At least 2 years of experience in inventory, stock control, or logistics.
· Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin (to report to Superior from China).
· Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
· Willing to travel extensively to various client sites.
· Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
· Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm.
· Willing to work in Taman Bayu Perdana, Klang.
