Lead, Process Engineering – PV Automation Machine Manufacturing

About the Role

We’re seeking a Lead, Process Engineering to drive innovation and efficiency in our PV automation machine manufacturing operations. This is a leadership role for an experienced engineer who thrives on optimizing processes, mentoring teams, and delivering results that shape the future of renewable energy technology.

What You’ll Do

• Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end process engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Champion lean manufacturing and data-driven initiatives to elevate productivity and innovation.
• Technical Guidance: Mentor junior engineers, providing expertise and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Quality & Safety: Uphold rigorous quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across teams and represent process engineering in key discussions with management and suppliers.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of process engineering experience, ideally in PV automation or manufacturing.
• Proven track record in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and engineering tools.
• Solid knowledge of quality control standards and safety compliance.
