PSS Depot Hiring! Full Time Clerk in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 2,000 - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process operational documents related to container depot activities.
• Key in daily container movement records and update system data accurately.
• Handle filing and documentation for inbound and outbound containers.
• Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, delivery orders (DO), and other related documents.
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, and operations team.
• Prepare reports and support daily operational paperwork.
• Monitor container status and assist in daily operational coordination.
• Attend phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Ensure all operational records are properly maintained and updated.
• Assist management and operations team in daily administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in logistics, transport, or container depot operations will be an added advantage.

Working Location:

Working Days/Hours:

• Monday – Friday 09:00-18:00
• Saturday 09:00-13:00

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
