Areas of Responsibilities

• To understand and operate the batching system following the SOP.
• Operate computer, batching panel, perform slump and cube making.
• Cooperation in supporting neighboring batching plants' orders.
• Receive and ensure accurate pumping of various cement, admixtures and diesel at the batching plant.
• To perform quality tests on admixtures, diesel and aggregate.
• Checking material receives DO and seal tag.
• Feedback to engineers on any operation matter.
• Feedback to the command center on fairness of driver delivery trips.
• Assist engineer on stock measuring.
• To take care of plant cleanliness and perform routine maintenance jobs.
• To take care and use wisely on company assets.
• To communicate well with superior, sub-con, drivers and foreign workers.
• To report any unsafe act, condition and near miss at the batching plant.
• To comply with the safety standards and policies implemented by the Company at all times and be responsible with your own safety as well as others without posing any threat, hazard or endangerment wherever you will be when representing the Company
• Handles any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Familiar to site condition, knowledge of different grades of concrete commonly used
• Oral and written communication skills
• Able to perform shift work
• Possess driving license

Education and Experience

• Secondary education level or equivalent
