Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons using the syllunbus’s established teaching methodology through weekly classes.
• Guide students in developing final projects to be showcased to their peers and parents.
• Create and maintain an engaging, collaborative, and supportive classroom environment.
• Encourage students to overcome challenges, think creatively, and transform their ideas into functional digital products.
• Provide timely, constructive, and meaningful feedback to parents regarding student performance and progress.
• Apply real-world digital skills to help students solve community, technology, or innovation-related problems.
• Play an active role in strengthening and growing the instructional team as the academy expands.
• Eager to learn and expand knowledge in Computer Science.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; open-minded, dynamic, and adaptable.
• Preferably familiar with one or more programming languages.
• Prior teaching, tutoring, coaching, or team training experience is an advantage.
• A “get-things-done” attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
