Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Motorcycle Mechanic to handle servicing, repair, and maintenance of motorcycles.

This role is critical to ensure high-quality workmanship, fast turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Repair & Maintenance

• Perform general servicing (engine oil, tuning, inspection)
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Handle engine overhaul, troubleshooting, and fault detection
• Ensure all work meets company and manufacturer standards

2. PDI & Motorcycle Preparation

• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) for new motorcycles
• Install accessories and free gifts as required
• Ensure correct model, color, and specifications before delivery
• Prepare motorcycles to be in perfect condition before handover

3. Workshop Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workshop
• Use tools and equipment properly and safely
• Follow SOP and safety procedures at all times
• Assist in stock checking of spare parts when required

4. Team Support & Customer Service

• Work closely with sales and admin team for delivery schedule
• Provide basic explanation to customers (if required)
• Maintain good teamwork and communication within workshop

• Fast and efficient job completion
• Good discipline and attendance
• Maintain positive working attitude and teamwork
• Always present a professional and friendly attitude

Requirements

• Experience in motorcycle repair and servicing
• Technical knowledge of engine, electrical, and diagnostics
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Responsible, hardworking, and disciplined
• Relevant working experience is an added advantage
