• Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, reports, and proposal materials for management meetings, project briefings, and client presentations.
• Design clear and professional presentation slides to support business proposals, project updates, and strategic discussions.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data related to aquaculture projects, marine farming operations, and trade activities.
• Conduct market research and industry analysis on aquaculture technologies, including HDPE cage systems, RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture Systems), marine equipment, and smart aquaculture solutions.
• Organize and summarize technical and business information into structured reports for management decision-making.
• Assist in coordinating project activities between internal departments, project teams, suppliers, and external partners.
• Support project monitoring by tracking timelines, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Maintain proper documentation of project materials, technical proposals, presentations, and business reports.
• Assist management in preparing meeting materials, project briefings, and business development documents.
• Provide coordination support for projects related to aquaculture infrastructure, equipment systems, and marine farming development.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
