Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Project Quality Plan (PQP) and QA/QC procedures.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, method statements, and standards.
- Establish inspection and test plans (ITP) and monitor implementation.
- Supervise QC Engineers, Inspectors, and site quality personnel.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor workmanship quality.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on quality matters.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor material quality, testing requirements, and approval processes.
- Review method statements, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with CIDB, Malaysian Standards (MS), and project requirements.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation, records, and quality reports.
- Lead internal audits and support external audits or client inspections.
- Provide quality training and awareness to site teams.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years experience in QA/QC within construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Experience managing site QA/QC teams.
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good reporting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office, AutoCAD, QA/QC documentation systems).

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
