Job Responsibilities:

• Experienced in installation, commissioning, operation, and management of large automated equipment.
• Skilled in maintenance of production equipment, shift operation management, and spare parts management.
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of equipment control systems.
• Experienced in AutoCAD drafting, PLC programming, servo adjustment, and pneumatic control.
• Responsible for equipment standardization, setup, and staff training (preparing work instructions).
• Ensure scheduled equipment maintenance is carried out effectively to minimize downtime.
• Develop an efficient and cost-effective maintenance program for manufacturing equipment.
• Initiate continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment productivity and reduce maintenance costs.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• More than 5 years of working experience in factory equipment maintenance and management.
• Excellent understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and servo motor control.
• Good understanding of reading and creating mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams (CAD).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
