Responsibilities
Job Summary
Tridimas Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a competent Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote technical support for enterprise end-user environments. The role involves incident resolution, service request fulfillment, and device lifecycle management in a structured SLA-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 – Level 2 technical support for laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues
* Perform device deployment, configuration, and refresh activities
* Support ICT Pitstop operations where assigned
* Maintain accurate ticket updates within ITSM platform
* Assist with asset tagging and CMDB updates
* Escalate complex incidents to appropriate resolver groups
* Ensure SLA compliance and service quality standards
Requirements
* Minimum Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related field
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support
* Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
* Basic networking troubleshooting knowledge
* Good communication and user-facing skills
* Willing to travel within assigned region
Preferred
* ITIL Foundation certification
* Experience in large enterprise environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
