We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Service Coordinator to support our Technician Service Team.

You will be the key point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams—ensuring smooth daily operations, proper scheduling, and excellent customer service.

Your role is crucial in helping the team operate efficiently and deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Job Scope

• Arrange and manage technician schedule & service jobs
• Handle customer inquiries and service coordination
• Prepare service reports & documentation
• Follow up with customers after service
• Support quotation preparation when needed
• Handle warranty claims
• Issue documents via SQL system

Requirements

• Admin / Service Coordinator experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Organized, responsible & able to multitask
• Good communication skills
• SQL knowledge is an added advantage
• Punctual & able to work independently
