KSM Group Hiring! Full Time Trainee for Quality Management in Selangor - Ricebowl

• Assist in conducting incoming, in-process, and final product inspections to verify dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material compliance

• Support the preparation and maintenance of quality records, inspection reports, and non-conformance documentation

• Participate in root cause analysis and help implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve quality issues

• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to monitor process stability and product consistency.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering

• Familiar with quality control tools (e.g., check sheets, control charts, Pareto analysis)

• Awareness of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements

• Knowledge of common measuring tools and inspection techniques

• Eager to learn and proactive in supporting production quality tasks

• Strives to ensure products meet company and customer standards

• Able to interpret data and support root cause investigations

• Ensures accuracy in inspection results and documentation

• Assists in identifying causes of non-conformities and proposing solutions

• Adheres to SOPs, safety procedures, and quality checklists
