CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a candidate to support customer service task.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from the customers and provide details about the product's knowledge in order to generate sales.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and order-related issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with sales team regarding customer matters.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and any changes in policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Assist the team and management with any tasks requiring support .
• To perform other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate.
• Experience in an Industry-Related product & Marketing is an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge(Microsoft Office) , Accounting Software(AutoCount) & Social App will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent and possess initiative.
• Able to work in Competitive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
