Responsibilities
Procurement Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and purchasing of products and materials
Handle sales and purchase order processing
Respond to customer enquiries related to products and order status via phone and email
Prepare and send quotations to customers
Coordinate with customers on stock availability and delivery arrangements
Generate purchase orders and track delivery schedules
Assist in inspecting incoming and outgoing stock
Follow up on outstanding payments from customers through emails and calls
Perform other ad-hoc and general administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in a relevant field
At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
Experience with Taobao and communication with China-based suppliers is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers/customers)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
