Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Personnel to expand our trade-in and resale business by building strong partnerships with brands, corporate clients, and dealers. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, structuring commercial deals, and driving revenue growth across our platforms.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and approach potential brands, corporate clients, and strategic partners
- Develop and pitch trade-in and resale solutions tailored to partner needs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts
2. Deal Structuring & Negotiation
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing strategies, and partnership terms
- Structure win-win deals that drive volume and profitability
- Manage contract discussions and onboarding process
3. Market Expansion
- Explore new business channels (B2B, B2C, corporate programs, dealer networks)
- Expand supply and demand for device trade-in and resale ecosystem
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks
4. Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and platform teams to launch new partnerships
- Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, product listings, and trade-in programs
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on targets and deliverables
5. Performance & Growth
- Own and achieve business development targets (revenue, volume, partnerships)
- Track pipeline, conversion rates, and partnership performance
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve business strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales
- Proven track record in closing deals and managing client relationships
- Strong negotiation and commercial thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Good to Have
- Experience in e-commerce, recommerce, or consumer electronics industry
- Existing network with brands, distributors, or corporate clients
- Familiarity with trade-in or resale business models
