Job Scope:

• Prepare import data for HRIS system for multiple modules
• Prepare, review and check data transaction reconciliation report
• Implementation for HRIS set up and configuration
• Study and understand software specifications requirement with customers
• Prepare step guides presentation for Clients
• Prepare documents and follow instructions of Director and Seniors

Job specification:

• Fluent in English and BM for speaking and writing
• Proficient in Ms Office, Excel and PPT
• Strong excel formula knowledge
• Able to drive and have a recognized driving license
• Good interpersonal skills
• Preferably 2 - 5 years of working experiences
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Python and Power BI
