Key Responsibilities Consultative Selling: Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored products or services. Pipeline Management: Follow up on leads, manage inquiries via [phone/email/in-person], and close sales to meet monthly KPIs. Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our catalog to handle objections and provide technical or stylistic advice. Customer Experience: Deliver a "gold-standard" service that turns first-time buyers into long-term brand advocates. Admin & CRM: Accurately log interactions in our CRM system and process transactions efficiently.

What You Bring to the Table Experience: years in retail, inside sales, or a customer-facing role. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; you can talk to anyone and make them feel heard. Resilience: A "thick skin" and a positive attitude toward hitting ambitious sales targets. Tech Savvy: Ability to learn new POS or CRM software quickly.

Availability: Flexible schedule, including [weekends/evenings] as required by peak trade.
