What you'll be doing

• Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Identifying and troubleshooting any quality issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all quality control activities
• Collaborating with production teams to optimise processes and improve quality outcomes
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures
• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our quality management system

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a QC Operator or in a similar quality assurance role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
• Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with quality control techniques, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality control procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with relevant quality management systems and standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
• Proficient in data analysis and report writing
• Able to lift and handle 5kg ~ 10kg of material individually during inspection process

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
