Nexxu Group is expanding rapidly, and we are building the right team to support our growth. We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Associate to be the backbone of our daily operations.
This role goes beyond routine administration. You will act as a central coordination point across retail operations, suppliers, and internal teams, while contributing to workflow improvements that strengthen business performance.
Reporting directly to the New Business Marketing Manager, you will gain hands-on exposure to operational planning, process optimisation, and cross-functional execution within a growing corporate environment. This position offers a clear pathway into operations excellence as the company expands.
Business Operations & Administration
- Provide structured administrative support including preparing reports, drafting correspondences, maintaining documentation, and ensuring proper record management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather operational data, perform basic trend analysis, and generate reports that support business decision-making.
- Record accurate meeting minutes, circulate approved memos, and monitor follow-through on action items within agreed timelines.
- Support business licence applications, renewals, and compliance tracking to ensure regulatory requirements are consistently met.
- Act as the primary coordinator for retail operational matters including stock ordering, replenishment tracking, and daily operational follow-ups.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of operational activities.
- Coordinate logistics schedules, delivery arrangements, and documentation to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Oversee routine facility-related administrative matters such as maintenance coordination, pest control scheduling, and operational compliance support.
Process Support & Efficiency Improvement
- Assist in driving and refining operational workflows to enhance clarity, accountability, and efficiency.
- Identify process gaps or recurring operational issues and recommend practical improvements.
- Work closely with the New Business Marketing Manager to ensure operational initiatives align with company growth objectives and expansion plans.
Ad-Hoc & Team Support
- Support cross-departmental initiatives and corporate projects as assigned.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks with professionalism, accountability, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Job Requirements
Qualification:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in administration, operations support, retail coordination, or general office management will have an added advantage.
Knowledge:
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Qualities:
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to multi-tasking in a structured and fast-paced environment.
- Quick learner who adapts well to new systems, processes, and tools.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across teams while maintaining accountability for assigned responsibilities.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English is required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, follow through on action items, and execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
