Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent (Telemarketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads.
• Promote and explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Update customer information accurately in the system.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
• Adhere to company compliance and quality standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
