Job Overview

Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across engineering and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, quality standards, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in accordance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall project delivery in accordance with contractual requirements, approved scope, budget, and schedule timeline.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project implementation from initiation through completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines to ensure effective execution.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved within scope and budget.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery aligned with quality standards.
• Perform continuous quality control throughout project implementation.
• Ensure proper resource planning, allocation, and utilization.
• Manage project scope changes, scheduling adjustments, and cost variations using appropriate control procedures.
• Track project performance using structured reporting tools and project management techniques.
• Analyse short-term and long-term project performance indicators.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure projects meet budgetary targets.
• Prepare progress reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
• Apply leadership and coordination skills to ensure effective team collaboration.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in engineering, infrastructure, or technical project environments.
• Strong technical background with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Possess valid driving licence and own transport.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia when required.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin shall be added as advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
