~Front line personnel to attend to the enquiries of the clients, providing technical support, assistance in systems design and professional consultation
~Provide 2nd level support with problem investigation and root cause analysis.
~ Coordinate with relevant parties for all platform changes (business, integrations, infrastructure, security) to ensure system is running stable.
~ Maintain system configuration and documentation

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
~At least one year of working experience in the related field.
~Excellent communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
~Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
~ Experience with deployment of various LAN, WAN and IT Security technologies such as DNS, DHCP, SMTP, VLANS, VPN, Routing, Firewall, Network Monitoring, etc
~ Intensive training and guidance would be given for those without experience
~At least one year of working experience in the related field.
